
Adding a new file attachment
You can attach files to any product stored in LicenseKeeper in three ways. You can drag and drop a file on to a product's attachments list or you can attach a file using the Attach Document menu or the Attach Document toolbar button.
To attach a file using the toolbar button:
- Select the product to add the attachment to.
- Click the Attachments tab.
- Click the Attach Document toolbar button.
- Find the file you would like to attach, select it, and click Open.
- To view the contents of the file, double-click on the file in the attachments list.
To attach a file using the menu:
- Select the product to add the attachment to.
- Click the Attachments tab.
- Open the Attachments main menu and select Attach Document...
- Find the file you would like to attach, select it, and click Open.
- To view the contents of the file, double-click on the file in the attachments list.
To attach a file using drag and drop:
- Select the product to add the attachment to.
- Click the Attachments tab.
- Located the file to attach in the Finder.
- Drag the file and drop it on the attachments list in LicenseKeeer.
- To view the contents of the file, double-click on the file in the attachments list.
