Azkaban

It was specifically built for constructing and running Hadoop jobs or other offline processes.

Azkaban was developed by the LinkedIn team and was written using Java, JavaScript and Clojure.

It is deployed at LinkedIn since early 2009.

Azkaban comes with a nicely crafted GUI.
