Short for "simple wiki", Simiki works just like any other static site compiler, taking static files and compiling them into a Web-ready HTML file based on a pre-written template.
New Simiki sites can be generated via the Python CLI and new pages can be added to an existing site at any point as Markdown files and the site re-generated.
The whole building process is quite fast, and more of the time will be spent formatting the Markdown files than generating the site.
Simiki supports organizing files based on categories, and additionally a wiki preview mode for checking out how a Markdown file looks before compiling the entire site.
