UpiCRM is a WordPress plugin designed to work with other WP plugins, specifically contact forms.
It works by recording details submitted via these forms, and then presenting them using a special backend in the WordPress admin panel.
Here, the site administrators or one of the editors can follow up client inquiries and arrange future business deals.
The plugin works with the following WP contact form plugins:
- Contact Form 7
- Gravity Form
Site admins can decide which users have access to the UpiCRM backend, who can assign leads, and also alter the structure in which data is imported from forms and saved in the plugin's database.
Form fields can be saved as specific UpiCRM fields, and if you're migrating the site, you can also import and export the UpiCRM database as a CSV file.

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
