The EU Cookie Law plugin is for EU webmasters that wanna stay on the right side of the EU Cookie Directive.
At page load, it will show a small notification bar informing the user the site uses cookies.
Installation:
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
